Life can feel like a struggle at times, but there are ways you can learn to cope more effectively with stressors. As a warm and caring therapist I can help you navigate a difficult situation, recover from a traumatic incident, manage a life transition, address a relationship issue, communicate better with your teen, or learn skills to cope with anxiety and depression. Life provides us with a unique learning experience and it is my belief that "it's never too late to change." I am trained in EMDR and treat single incident trauma, phobias or performance anxiety. I am a certified ADHD coach and work with adult clients with ADHD.
Originally, from England, with a background in documentary film production, I came to to the US as an adult. I completed all my studies in psychology in California. I love to meet and work with people from a variety of backgrounds. I draw on my experience of traveling the world and working with people of different cultures.
