No one should have to navigate their struggles alone, and I'm so glad you've landed here, looking at this page. I have several years of experience working with clients from many different backgrounds. While I bring expertise from my training and clinical experience, you are the expert on your life, and I believe the therapeutic relationship is ultimately a partnership aimed at helping you to achieve the goals you want.
I strive to provide a safe, welcoming space for you, and one of my favorite phrases that encapsulates this goal is "practicing nonjudgmental curiosity."
