My name is Lizeth Lopez Zamora. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My primary goal is to create a space where clients feel heard and seen. My therapy approaches include a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have experience working with adults and geriatric populations specializing in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues.
I became a therapist as I wanted to be able to make a difference in other's lives. I am passionate about normalizing going to therapy and taking care of one's mental health. We all need help sometimes and therapy is for everyone.
