Hello and welcome. Daily life can be difficult especially by stressors, past experiences, and worries. Developing the skills and strategies to manage and address what is important to them as they are listened to, heard, and understood. Mental health is as important as physical, and I want to meet you where you are to get through the obstacles and be your own person with the worth and value they exhibit in a safe and non-judgmental space. I am excited to work with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families to help them heal, process, grow, and mature in an open and safe environment. I am here at your service.
I am here to understand what you need with therapy models, but I am ready to learn and apply techniques that would best assist them in developing their self-awareness and sense of self. I want to build a relationship to collaborate in achieving your healing. I am here to listen and understand, assisting growth and healing to develop their truth and identity.
I enjoy learning about other cultures and their languages, traveling, reading, shopping, listening to music, experiencing new opportunities, and building relationships. I am excited to start this journey, which may feel uncomfortable and scary, but I am here to support you in hard times and assist you in finding hope and light where you may not find it.
