I work with adults, older adults, and families, specializing in Addictions, Dual diagnosis, Grief and Loss and Trauma. While using an eclectic modality of therapy, I heavily rely on Cognitive Behavioral, MBSR, solution focused, and DBT therapies. I am trained in EMDR and use it with my trauma survivors to process complex traumas.
