My goal in therapy is to help you explore healthy coping skills. I want to hear your story and teach you to own your story. I want you to feel whole, redefine your sense of self and experience life in a more healthy and positive way. I work with individuals and families. I am licensed in GA and FL.
I will teach you about mindfulness and cognitive restructuring techniques. I will use insight oriented techniques to help you explore the depth of your struggles. I will help you set goals in therapy so you don't feel like it's and endless and fruitless process. I will use techniques and approaches that are specific to you.
For the past 24 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside many clients as they journeyed the path of self exploration and pursuit of happiness.
