I specialize in identity confusion, self-esteem issues, and self-destructive and impulsive behaviors. I integrate techniques from Jungian Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT), Gestalt, and person-centered based on each client's needs.
