Whether there’s been a sudden change in circumstances or a slow burn of building pressures, there's just too much heartache. Feeling lost, anxious or in constant mental analysis becomes exhausting. Maybe you feel everything at once or not much at all. People find their way to me for help with depression and anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and grief and loss. While therapy can’t change the past or control the future, we can settle in and untangle the remnants of the past from the realities of the present. Through our work, we’ll SEE you together. I offer solid support to help you find the path back to living more freely and fully.
My approach is Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, and I'm a certified therapist and supervisor. AEDP is an emotion-focused, relational model with a healing orientation, especially helpful with developmental and relational trauma. I often work with other therapists, as well as people facing life transitions, complicated relationships, and grief.
