My passion is for helping the burdened find freedom and joy and helping those who love them to feel equipped to be the most effective supports they can be.
I have over 20 years of experience working in behavioral health hospitals in direct care and director level leadership roles. I have specialties in treating eating disorders, OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship concerns and life transitions. I rely on evidenced based practices to help people move toward their goals.
