I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that will be your pillar of support, be authentic and provide you with the support you need. I will help you return to a healthier level of functioning. Everyone has a reset button. I will guide you to find it and teach you how to use it. I help people from all walks of life that are stumped by negative patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. Whether you were hurt by others or if you did the hurting, or life happened to you in a way that blind sided you, I want you to know that you can get back up. If you are willing to show up for yourself and put in the work, then so am I.
I will provide you with a safe space to always be your authentic self regardless of your situation, issues and concerns. I use a combination of proven, evidence-based practices that stem from CBT, DBT, EMDR and Strategic Family approaches...just to name a few. I offer in-person, telehealth and in-home mental health services (cash pay for in-home service).
Together, we will build attainable goals structured by you. I will help you develop positive coping skills and help you rebuild hope that will encourage you to thrive and reach those goals.
