I am focused on supporting adult clients experiencing various mental and behavioral health needs, with a particular fondness for folks hoping to improve their self image, explore coping for anxiety and stress, process developmental trauma, address relationship concerns and enact desired behavior changes. My overall hope is to empower you through whatever shifts life brings your way and encourage you on the path that is uniquely your own.
My experience with broader systems as a social worker include psychiatric emergency services, community mental health and substance use rehabilitation informs my person-centered, trauma-informed efforts in the therapy space. My approach to therapy is warm and highly relational, drawing from multiple evidenced based approaches, such as ACT, DBT, SFT, etc.
