Feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of motherhood? I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Grief Professional and owner of Whole Wellness Counseling, LLC. I specialize in working with mothers of young children with training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders; pregnancy loss; those struggling with PTSD, and am trained in Grief and Loss. In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and grace using evidence-based techniques with a laid-back approach.

Within my practice, I utilize a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed therapy, Grief Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Wellness Coaching. Guided meditations, journaling and goal setting are a few of the techniques I bring to my practice.

Within my sessions, I utilize a holistic approach to therapy. I will take the time to get to know you and build a rapport. By using mindfulness-based techniques and exploring the connection between your thoughts, emotions and behaviors you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and untangle what may be holding you back.
