My areas of specialization include Autism and ADHD, PTSD, complex trauma, and issues surrounding incarceration.
I utilize a combination of EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in creating a deeper connection with their authentic selves. I am highly skilled with boundary setting, assertiveness training, and social skill building.
