I offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions focused therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Christian spiritual integration for clients seeking faith based therapy.
I commonly work with young adults who are seeking support for social anxiety and other relationship challenges, life adjustments, and spiritual support in exploring the intersection of their mental health and their faith. I love helping young adults find their voice and begin carving out their authentic path into adulthood.
