I help people identify their values, resolve internal struggles, and develop effective skills to live a meaningful life. Whether you are trapped in cycles of self-defeating thoughts or patterns of destructive behavior, overwhelmed by your emotions, or stressed by external circumstances, together we can focus on how to get you unstuck and commit to actions that align with the life you deserve.
My aim in our work together is to guide you in finding clarity when you feel stuck. My approach is based in acceptance and using your values, or what is important to you, to propel you forward. I also help clients cultivate greater self-compassion, as we are often our harshest critics.
Regardless of the hardships you're facing, please know that you are not alone. While I work with adult individuals (18+) from all backgrounds, my clients often range from college and graduate students to young professionals. Please reach out to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation call. I look forward to hearing from you!
