People often describe navigating infertility or pregnancy loss as one of the worst things they have ever experienced. You might be trying to cope with complex emotions of feeling overwhelmed, angry, bitter, or even confused by the journey you're navigating. Maybe you've tried talking to your friends & family; only to be met with comments of being told to "stop thinking about it so much", "I'm sure it will work out" or any phrase that begins with "at least" and end up feeling more isolated than you did before.
Your emotions, grief, and experiences are so real and so valid. My heart is in working with adults specializing in infertility, reproductive trauma, pregnancy loss, adjustment to pregnancy/postpartum, and adjustment to living childfree because of circumstance. You are deserving of a space to exist with your story; free of judgement and full of compassion.
My hope is to create a safe space that allows clients to share their stories and work alongside them towards their healing; whatever that may look like. While I do not have all the answers, I can provide you with an empathetic, warm and honest approach; sprinkled with a little humor.
