You may sting from the specific pain of racial discrimination in trusted spaces or not being able to express yourself authentically in your religious community. You may also be feeling anxious, alone, or down in ways unrelated to your identities, but want a therapist equipped to honor these parts of you as you embark on the vulnerable work of change.
I believe we all have profound potential for healing that is best accessed when we feel safe, seen, and understood. I work collaboratively with clients to set goals, create a warm and trusting environment, and move towards greater authenticity and thriving. I have particular expertise in relationships and attachment, trauma, and mood and anxiety disorders.
