Liz practices Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as She believes that our Thoughts, Feelings and Behaviors are interrelated. Mindfulness is the core of her work. She has training in Attachment Theory and D.B.T. She helps individuals, couples and families identify and assert their needs to improve the quality of relationships.
