In as much as I am your mirror, I am your compassionate facilitator to enable your inner guide to emerge and shine through. My approach is supportive, direct, and rooted in a firm belief that every journey is unique and special.
I divide my time between private practice and working for Hospice of Santa Barbara. I have experience working with all ages as well as couples, families and facilitating groups. I can help with help with depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug abuse/addictions, codependency, and many other life concerns and adjustment challenges.
At some point in all our lives we are confronted with challenges that may seem bigger than we can handle. We can work together to make some sense of these challenges and find a way to foster self-compassion, understanding and growth.
