Starting counseling can be scary AND courageous! My purpose as a therapist is to support you along the path to making positive changes in your life. It is common to feel stuck sometimes. Counseling offers hope, understanding, and a safe place to talk about hard things.
I specialize in anxiety, OCD, relationships, and stress management. Each person I work with has their own unique story to share. I consider the impact life experiences have on one's understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the world. I use compassion, empathy, and practical skills to help clients move towards the life they want.
