If you have been struggling to understand with and cope with your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, have been experiencing interpersonal conflict within your relationships or family, or have been facing barriers to meet your goals despite your best efforts, we're here to help.
The Behavioral Therapy Collective was created in order to offer compassionate, ethical and effective care. We work with high school aged teens, families and adults. Our team has been intensively trained in providing comprehensive and adherent DBT, which is the evidence based treatment used to treat complex emotions and interpersonal conflict.
We are one of the few comprehensive DBT programs in New Jersey and New York, and strive to provide treatment that makes a genuine difference. I am also extensively trained in CBT, ExRP for OCD, Prolonged Exposure for trauma, and am currently developing a DBT and trauma-focused Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy Program for BTC.
