Hi, my name is Liz! I specialize in working with individuals who have ADHD, anxiousness, and low self-esteem. If you're experiencing symptoms that manifest in daily life as fears, phobias, excessive worrying or doubts, negative thought patterns, sadness, poor self-image, and/or negative self-talk, and feel "burned out" or unmotivated-I'm.Your.Person. I also specialize in parenting/co-parenting skills education training, and counsel from a strength-based, empathic, non-blaming, educational, and empowerment perspective. No one is immune from trauma or drama. We either accept our circumstances or adjust. I help people get unstuck.
Reframing thinking patterns that have contributed to a negative self-image, challenging a faulty belief system that has prevented you from turning your intentions into actions, "unlearning" what you've labeled yourself as, discovering and developing strengths, and improving communication skills, to help you get your needs met, is my passion.
