I utilize an integrative counseling approach and offer clients a safe space to go inward and get curious in order to stimulate deep and lasting healing.

A bit about me - I signed up for counseling several years back, seeking some relief from my personal pain and suffering. What I experienced was deep transformation and a revived connection with my authentic self.
