My passion is helping people move from a life of surviving to thriving. Most of us have found a way to "get through," yet sometimes we find ourselves feeling unfulfilled and/or overwhelmed. I enjoy working with people who want to understand the root of their symptoms and then discover new ways of living that work better for them and their values. Often people coming through my door identify concerns such as people-pleasing, a history of dysfunction in their family growing up, religious or spiritual concerns, or difficulty adjusting after a transition.
My goal is to partner with you to better understand yourself. Typically, we identify patterns and build self-compassion through discovering how our history has contributed to where we find ourselves. From there, together we identify what you truly want your life to look like and try new ways to get there. We also debrief any strategies that aren't working.
