Learn about what is activated in our daily experience and the energies/archetypes that affect our lives. Feel nurtured. Explore your own possibilities. Learn the stories of 7 archetypes using the work of Jean Shinoda Bolen, Roger/ Jennifer Woolger + more. Be in conversation with these special parts of yourself through shared experience with fabulous group discussions, and personal art expression+guided meditation. Greet your challenges with balance, strength + greater clarity bringing new meaning to each day.

The Healing Journey-10 week program
This group runs intermittently. The Healing Journey is a psycho-educational program for those in the process of healing from a serious medical condition or injury, have been living with a recurrence of symptoms over a long period of time, have survived a significant illness and are continuing to feel the strain of that experience. This program is for people who want to gain a deeper connection to their wholeness and their resilience, and a deeper perspective on the experience of healing and what it means to have one's life interrupted by an unexpected and life-changing event. Topics added to address specific needs.
