I am accepting new patients! I work with adults and couples who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and trauma. Most of the people I work with are having difficulty coping with life stressors due to their mental health. I specialize in working with women who are experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, complex pregnancies, NICU stays, birth trauma and adoption. I help support them through this complex transition in their lives and offer hope, connection and a path towards feeling better.
I utilize evidence based interventions such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I have completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I am an LICSW who draws on my 20+ years as a hospital based social worker to support your whole self. I know that while life can be beautiful and amazing, it can also be hard, messy and sad.
