I work with people managing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity, as well as relational challenges. My goal is to create a safe space for everyone to explore themselves and how they relate to the world. I believe that every person can use the assistance of psychotherapy, whether it's a person dealing with a recent crisis, more long-standing issues, or generally seeking to deepen their understanding of self.
I specialize in helping clients reframe unhelpful thought patterns and consider new perspectives. I tailor my approach to each individual client, and I draw from a range of modalities and theories and bring experience with community mental health, family and couples/relationship therapy, and psychodynamic work.
