I enjoy working with youth, adolescents, young adults, and middle-aged adults with a variety of needs such as low self-esteem, poor self-image, depression, anxiety, trauma, thoughts of suicide, peer relationships, family conflicts, identity issues, and life transitions. My services focus on regaining a sense of control over triggers that have caused difficulty in daily functioning by providing coping skills.
I utilize a strength-based approach for each client. Throughout the treatment process, I assess the well-being of the whole person (emotional, physical, intellectual, social, environmental, spiritual, and financial). I am here to help guide the healing process through Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
Life can be hard and often feels like a fight. I believe my purpose is to help others become the best version of themselves by providing realistic tools to cope with daily stressors . Are you tired of fighting and looking for someone you can talk to who is unbiased and open-minded? I am here to help you thrive.
