If you or your child/teen struggles with challenges related to Autism, ADHD, or intellectual or learning disabilities I would love to support you. Neurodiverse children often have challenges with socialization, communication, and specific interests. Through child-led play and cognitive behavioral support I work with children to strengthen skills and regulate emotions. If your child is older or in adolescence there may be additional challenges with Neurodiversity such as anxiety or depression. I utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and mindfulness based therapy to support clients and help them reach their goals.
I am passionate about working with individuals with Autism and Developmental disorders and am here to provide evidence based interventions and counseling so that every client can reach their fullest and healthiest potential. I am a Certified Autism Specialist and have over 8 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals.
It takes a lot of courage and strength to begin the process of seeking out a therapist. I am here to support you in this journey and truly believe that we can find healing together. You deserve an abundant, connected, and peaceful life.
