All of us, at some time or other, need help. I'm passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating life and find that they need a little help. I have an extensive background in working with kids and adults who are grieving, as well as experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life transitions. I use art and play with my younger clients to support them in building coping skills, self-esteem, and emotional understanding. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, working with them to recognize their strengths, and supporting them on their path to resilience and post-traumatic growth.
For those who do not think of themselves as "talkers," I like to incorporate creative techniques into my therapeutic approach. My goal is to ensure that clients feel safe, understood, and accepted for who they are (and for who they’re not!).
