Maybe you have been considering trying out therapy for some time. Reaching out for help can be intimidating and scary. It is normal to feel uncertain about therapy and what may be the next best step. I focus on meeting the client where they are in their journey to create an environment that provides empathy, humor, comfort, safety, validation, and non-judgment. I believe that therapy is all about the relationship between the therapist and client. We will work together to build a safe confidential space that allows you to address the concerns that brought you to seek therapy.
Using evidence-based interventions, I support individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustments, grief, parenting, interpersonal and relationship conflicts, personal and work-related stress, trauma, and body image issues.
Together we can learn new ways to look at our challenges and create better thought patterns and behaviors that support new growth and development. I believe that there is no problem too big or too small to seek support for. I am passionate about working with diverse individuals and couples and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
