If you feel like you've been stuck in trauma patterns and are constantly dysregulated then I can help you! I work with client's who have experienced all kinds of traumas, anxiety, and relationship problems. I can guide you through the healing process and help you increase connection with yourself. To do this I utilize IFS, Attachment, and somatic therapy.
I help clients take a deeper look at themselves and their experiences to gain a better understanding of why they're struggling while providing a safe space for them to share their story.
