Hi! My name is Juanita Davis and I’m the founder of Living Well Integrative Counseling. I’m passionate about helping women learn healthy ways of being. Whether you’re struggling with depression due to a life transition, have low energy and poor motivation to make necessary changes, or just feel stuck and off balance, I’m here to help. I understand how important it is to have someone in your corner.

My approach focuses on healing not only the mind, but the body as well, something traditional therapy often overlooks. I understand that what happens in the mind shows up in the body, and that change must occur in both to bring about true and lasting healing. My interventions include somatic practices, nutritional self-care, mindfulness, and talk therapy.

I create a safe, non-judgmental space where together we can tackle the issues that hold you back from living the life you want to live. I look forward to guiding you on your healing journey.
