I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes strongly in the transformation work of Christ in our lives. I am committed to helping clients find hope and healing. I have a passion for helping individuals improve their mental health by looking not only at their emotional and mental health, but also their spiritual and physical health. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or past trauma, or some other struggle; I would consider it an honor to help you along your path to peace and wholeness.
I offering hope, healing and peace through biblical counseling. I have special training in Complex Trauma and Integrative Mental Health. I use a variety of methods, tailored to your needs, including CBT, DBT, Spirituotherapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I see adolescents and adults, and provide individual, marital, family and pre-marital counseling.
We all face struggles in this life. Grief and loss, trauma or difficulty navigating life. God created all people with value and I offer a non-judgmental attitude and unconditional positive regard.
