Regardless of whether your suffering has been self inflicted or a result of someone else choices, I want you to know you have the power within you to rise up and transform. No one goes through life unscathed but without healing our pain gets transferred to many, if not all, areas of our lives. This can often look like depression, anxiety, shame, fear, addiction, etc.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) that has worked extensively with people who are battling addictions, PTSD/trauma, depression, anxiety, and many other issues that derail us from living the life we desire.
My approach to therapy is grounded on the values of safety, trustworthiness, collaboration, and empowerment to enhance the voice and choice in care of those who are suffering. I am passionate about helping individuals tune into their innate ability to experience restoration in all areas of life.
