Hello & thanks for being here. I'm Allison, an LCSW and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience providing trauma informed care. I often see individuals struggling with life transitions, many feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. Therapy is a helpful and courageous act to process the areas where we feel stuck in our lives. Together we look at the patterns that keep us from living the life we want. With gentle support and understanding, I empower clients by finding healthy ways to cope with their stress and get to the root of their struggles.

Having a foundation in Mindfulness and SE, my niche is helping individuals, couples, & parents who find it challenging balancing all of the roles that they carry.
