I am trauma informed, have experience with veterans, am experienced in EMDR.
I specialize in anxiety treatment and draw from a background as a yoga teacher. I can simplify neuroscience so you understand how your brain creates anxiety, panic, and worry so you can hack the brain to change those and other habits. Mindfulness, breath, and visualization will help lessen depression and calm an anxious nervous system.
I am sensitive to grief/loss and self care issues that are often experienced by those who take care of a declining loved one. I can help you navigate loss which comes in slow degrees when dementia is at play, or a loved passes on. The loved one could be a beloved pet. Please reach out to see if we are a fit.
