My specialty includes anxiety, depression, stress management, work-related stress, caregiver burnout, and adjustment disorders.
My holistic, therapeutic approach is based on kindness, genuineness, unconditional positive regard, respect, trust, empathy, non-judgemental, and strength-based. I help individuals and families identify their primary concerns and collaboratively develop appropriate goals and treatment based on the challenges they want to overcome.
