My name is Lish Shipman and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Lish Wellness. I graduated from Arizona State University with both my bachelor’s and master’s in social work. I have over 10 years of experience of working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and take holistic approach by treating the mind, body and soul. I specialize in women’s issues including postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility as well as anxiety disorders including OCD and PTSD. I also work with adolescents and couples. I utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT & Mindfulness. Using a collaborative approach I work with your other providers to create specialized treatment in reaching your individual goals.
