I am supervised by Stephanie Walker, LPC-S and work with adolescents and adults who are struggling in their day-to-day lives. We all want to feel that our lives are safe, successful, and meaningful. Sometimes life is really, really hard and the sense of meaninglessness and frustration can feel defeating. Taking a difficult phase of life, finding meaning through it, and moving forward can create a sense of wellness and success despite life difficulties. Through becoming our most authentic selves, we can achieve peace and wellbeing in the face of our challenges.
I use existential therapy to assist adolescents and adults in cultivating meaning in their lives and finding wellness through unabashed authenticity. I specialize in working with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, and substance use disorder. I also love to work with women's issues, and I use a trauma-informed lens in my practice.
We all find that, at times, we are in a place where we feel overwhelmed in our daily lives or that we have not quite found the right place to thrive in the world. It is part of the human experience to sometimes feel inadequate, isolated, and pained. Sometimes these experiences are incapacitating in their intensity. I am here to help you find the way through.
