My counseling style is flexible and tailored to you while ensuring I am providing evidence based care. I have experience and extensive training in CPT for trauma, CBT and Behavioral Activation for anxiety, depression and ADHD; as well as DBT and mindfulness approaches for complex trauma.
I want you to get better. One of the most important indicators of success in therapy is the connection between therapist and client. There has to be mutual trust.
