I have over a decade of experience helping people address anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, grief/loss, relationship/attachment difficulties, unresolved childhood trauma and traumas in adulthood. Having a space to openly explore who we are and how our experiences from the past have shaped us is one of the best gifts we can give to ourselves.
One does not need to meet criteria to qualify for therapy, or have had exceptionally distressing experiences to benefit from therapy. We will work together to figure out changes you would like to see through our work together, and goals to help you see those changes. I offer a range of treatment options including CBT, Psychodynamic and EMDR therapies.
