I take an action-oriented approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to enhance self-awareness, expression, and acceptance. I have experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues/assertiveness, grief and loss, substance use, and trauma. In addition, I am EMDR trained.
During our sessions, we will look to identify and explore your beliefs, past and present challenges, and patterns of behavior. With hard work, our time together will allow us to promote the development of sustainable resilience.
