I value the mind/body connection and enjoys teaching clients about their brains and bodies in a trauma informed and easy to understand way. I have a passion for adolescents 13+ as well as adults of any age or ability. I use an attachment focused, attuned and eclectic style crafting an individualized treatment plan. I am trained in EMDR, person centered, and CBT therapies. I have experience working with LGBT+ individuals and individuals with disabilities.
