Spring 2024 Yoga Therapy Group Connection

***Fall 2023*** session will begin late September/early October - email to inquire - space is limited. This yoga therapy group experience will focus on deepening your understanding of the body/mind connection. You will discover how to develop self-awareness through gentle yoga movements, breathwork, guided meditation, interpersonal group work, and engaging support from professionals. These activities and learning will open new ways to explore your innate wisdom within yourself to facilitate new outlooks for personal change and growth. More importantly, you will begin to explore the resources of effective practices that continue in the future, strengthening your relationships and a capacity for self-compassion.
