I am Lisa Silver, an LCSW specializing in supporting individuals navigate life’s difficulties and mental health challenges in order to increase agency, build resiliency and improve wellbeing. My focus areas of practice include grief, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, relationship issues, life transitions, self-compassion/self-esteem. I work with clients who want to make a change in their life to improve functioning and wellbeing. I provide psycho education and coping skills to improve conditions of anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain.
I am an empathetic listener and validating to clients. I am warm and bright and work hard to establish and keep a strong therapeutic bond. I am an active therapist who provides multiple coping skills and interventions so the client can grow and flourish in therapy.
