I have a Ph.D. in Counseling, and because of this I have received thorough and in-depth training in a wide variety of therapy techniques and practices. Some of these include self-compassion work, mindfulness, meaning and values-clarification during important transitions and decisions, as well as shifting unhelpful thinking and behavior. Together, we can figure out a process of therapy that will uniquely meet you where you are at. I am excited to help.
