I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and have training in treating all kinds of trauma. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Sandplay therapy, which are gentle and effective methods for treating trauma. Sandplay therapy helps people heal without the need to describe what they are feeling. I am also a trained domestic violence advocate.
You are not alone, crazy or worthless. I would love to walk beside you as you begin to heal from your difficult circumstances. You don't have to remain in your pain.
