As a mental health professional, I bring nearly a decade of experience to benefit clients from a broad range of backgrounds. My professional style is holistic, high-energy, compassionate, organized, and solution focused with motivation to assist clients in meeting their needs and develop skills through therapeutic treatment to achieve their optimal level of emotional health. I am available to all individuals at various stages of their mental health journey. I have experience in providing counseling, assessments, and crisis intervention to individuals dealing with mental health, trauma, and addiction issues. I am well versed in the area of trauma and I bring understanding of the effects of trauma into my work for the therapeutic benefit of my clients. EMDR is just one healing modality I can utilize with clients.
My professional experiences have given me a deep understanding of mental health, trauma, addiction issues, and their impact on clients. The attitude I bring to my work conveys both dignity and respect and I hold the belief that people can change. My goal is to create a safe space in which clients can explore their life narrative and navigate moving forward.
