My work and training for last 17 years has focused on complex PTSD, attachment, neurobiology and addiction. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, a unique and evidenced based form of psychotherapy to treat trauma. If you have tried EMDR and found it minimally helpful, this may be a good approach for you.
I have personal experience living in relationships affected by PTSD, ADHD and problematic sexual behavior concerns. Additionally I counsel people struggling with a spiritual and faith transitions. My approach is that I provide the maps, offer some tools and the drivings lessons, but you, the client, are for sure, in the driver's seat.
